The Highgarden Mocktail

A floral, refreshing, and elegant non-alcoholic mocktail that brings the garden to your glass. Delicate notes of rosemary and lavender pair beautifully with the citrus-forward Crisp & Crude Paloma Daydream.


Ingredients

  • 4.5 oz Crisp & Crude Paloma Daydream (non-alcoholic)
  • 1.5 oz Lavender Syrup (see below)
  • Fresh rosemary and lavender sprigs, for garnish

To Make Lavender Syrup

  • 2 oz dried lavender buds
  • 16 oz hot water
  • 8 oz white sugar

Instructions:
Steep lavender buds in hot water for 20 minutes. Strain out the buds and stir in sugar until fully dissolved. Cool and refrigerate. Keeps for up to 2 weeks.


Directions

  1. Muddle & Mix
    • In a cocktail shaker, muddle rosemary with lavender syrup.
    • Add ice and Paloma Daydream. Stir gently.
  2. Strain & Serve
    • Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
    • Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and lavender.

Perfect for bridal showers, brunches, garden parties, or a relaxing afternoon on the porch.
