Lisa Martinez joined the Hardee Greens team in the spring of 2024 as a Production Assistant. A lifelong resident of Jasper County and graduate of Polaris Tech Charter School in Ridgeland (Class of 2022), Lisa works closely with the Operations Manager in all aspects of farm production—from planting and growing to harvesting and packaging.

She also brings her knowledge of vertical farming to the forefront, proudly representing Hardee Greens as a vendor at local farmers markets and participating in educational events that promote sustainable agriculture and fresh, local food.
Side note: Lisa enjoys playing volleyball, taking long walks with her three dogs—Winnie, Mushu, and Boris—and spending quality time with her family.
