Chase Harsta serves as Chief Operating Officer of Hardee Greens, where he oversees the day-to-day operations of the farm with hands-on dedication. His responsibilities span every stage of production—from managing planting schedules and crop care to harvesting, packaging, inventory control, and maintaining the farm’s mechanical systems.

A proud Lowcountry resident since the ripe age of one, Chase attended May River Montessori and graduated from Hilton Head Christian Academy in 2019. He pursued business studies at Florida Southern College and USC Aiken, bringing both practical and academic experience to his leadership at Hardee Greens. Outside of work, Chase enjoys spending time with his English Cream Golden, Bohdi—who also serves as the farm mascot—exploring the local waters, and constantly honing his culinary skills. Side Note: Did we mention he is an avid soccer fan?
