Tropical Green Smoothie with Hardee Greens Kale & Basil Microgreens
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup Hardee Greens kale microgreens
- ½ cup Hardee Greens basil microgreens
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 1 cup coconut water (add more for desired consistency)
- 1–2 teaspoons honey, or to taste
- Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)

Prepare the Ingredients
Wash and prep all fresh produce. Peel and chop the pineapple and kiwi. Grate the fresh ginger. -
Blend the Smoothie
In a blender, combine pineapple, kiwi, kale microgreens, basil microgreens, ginger, coconut water, and honey. Blend on high until smooth. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again. -
Taste & Adjust
Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if needed. If the texture is too thick, add extra coconut water and blend until you reach your preferred consistency. -
Serve
Pour into glasses and garnish with extra basil microgreens or a pineapple slice for a fresh, vibrant finish. Enjoy immediately.
